Landlord Insurance Policy Coverage Requirements:
- Landlord policy for rental property address that includes property damage and public liability coverage with liability of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate.
- Proof of: Required insurance coverage
Coldwell Banker and Steve and Geri Corp. as Additional Insured
