SECURITY DEPOSITS – $1000
Security deposit is due upon booking to hold a reservation. Deposits DO NOT apply toward rental fee. Deposit checks shall be refunded by a check payment 21 days after departure.
RENTAL FEES
Rental fees are due 90 days prior to arrival and no refunds will be given for cancellations 60 days or less prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 90 days prior to arrival require all payments in full at the time of booking. Cleaning fees are due at the time the rental fee is due. Cleaning fees vary per property and are per the cancellation policy.
All rental agreements less than 30 days in length shall be subject to the Transient Occupation Tax enforced by the City of Rancho Mirage.
CANCELLATION
In the event a reservation must be cancelled, there will be a $35 handling fee and the following will apply:
- If written notice is received 60 days prior to arrival, rental fee, cleaning fee and deposit will be refunded less the handling fee.
- If cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to arrival no refunds are offered.
SHORTENED STAYS
If your visit is shortened, we’re sorry but rental fee will not be refunded. It is considered a cancellation.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Rental Guests arriving during business hours may check-in at the Coldwell Banker On-Site Sales Office. After-hours check-in and keys distribution will be handled on an individual basis.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11:00 am. After 11:00 am, a $50.00 late fee applies. Please contact Kelly Walden-Downs OR Dee Daggs at 760.328.6119 to return keys and check-out on-site.
There will be a $50.00 per key charge for unreturned or lost keys upon departure. $150.00 will be charged per garage door opener or gate remote access unreturned or lost upon departure.
LOST, STOLEN OR ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK-OUT
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. Please contact our sales office immediately for items left behind and we will do our utmost to facilitate a return. We are not responsible for items left after check-out.
PHONES
Our Rental Guests are advised to bring cell phones or calling cards as most properties phone lines do not accommodate long distance calls.
EMERGENCIES
Police, fire and ambulance dial 911 from the landline phone from the property.
OFFICE HOURS
9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday, Noon – 3:00 Saturday & Sunday, Closed Friday
Check-in and check-out scheduled for Friday or after hours will be handled on an individual basis.
No Pets Allowed without Prior Written Consent from Coldwell Banker On-Site Sales Office ($500 per pet deposit apply)
No Smoking Allowed in ANY Property
